LEG 554:  Blockchain 101- How This New technology Will Impact Your Practice:  
Be ready for ever-changing client demands that require your knowledge and understanding of the basic technology behind blockchain, along with practical applications in all kinds of industries including insurance/surety contracts, bankruptcy, tax/accounting and lending issues.  Different forms and issues pertaining to cryptocurrency will also be explored, including a brief survey of recent court decisions on the characterization of different types of digital assets.
