Implicit Bias:  In the courtroom, workplace, and beyond
Implicit Bias refers to the attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner. Unconscious bias—everyone has it. This program is designed to elucidate how to recognize it and lessen its impact in the courtroom, workplace and networking events.
