The Bar Weekend Committee has planned several optional activities for members and guests who want to get out and about during the afternoon break on Saturday. Space in these activities is first come, first served.
The fee for these activities is in addition to the Bar Weekend package fee. If interested, be sure to add these activities to your registration.

Enjoy the Hershey Country Club. Perfect your game on impeccably manicured greens while enjoying the serenity of the surrounding landscape in a legendary setting, which golf icons Ben Hogan and Henry Picard once called home.

Welcome Trivia Contest
Friday, February 27, 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.
Match wits with fellow members to kick off the weekend. No need to plan a team in advance, teams will be organized after you arrive. Enjoy lite fare and drinks while testing your knowledge in a relaxed setting.

Falconry Experience
Saturday, February 28, 2:30 p.m.
The program offers a unique opportunity for guests of all ages to participate in an interactive demonstration featuring hawks, falcons, and a golden eagle. This falconry experience includes free-flight demonstrations, a simulated hunt demonstration, and even an opportunity for these majestic birds of prey to land on your gloved hand! The program is run by Master Falconer Jack Hubley.

Saturday, February 28, 2:30 p.m.
Located less than two miles from the hotel. Enjoy a flight of their family-owned, independently crafted beer snacks with fellow AABA members.

Throughout the weekend, private, on-demand childcare service is available through Care.com
Parents can drop off children ages 4-12 for care during dinner on Saturday evening. Includes kid-friendly dinner, snacks, babysitting fee, crafts, games and a movie.
