LEG 547: Defending and Attacking Marital Agreements: A Must for Every Family Law Practitioner: 
Is an agreement ever safe from attack? This program offers an eye-opening discussion on how to assess the strengths and weaknesses of any martial agreement. Explore the arguments lawyers can use that will result in the most significant benefits to their client, as well as offering drafting tips when appropriate.  Discuss provisions that tend to cause problems in court.
