Update to the Courthouse Beverage Policy

The new Sheriff Jim Fredericks has been reviewing security screening policies and an update to the Courthouse Beverage Policy has been approved:

As of January 7, 2019, persons may bring non-alcoholic beverages into the Circuit Court building, which are properly contained in a drinking cup or plastic bottle. Containers are limited to no larger than 32 ounces, and no glass beverage containers will be allowed through the security checkpoints for entry into the building. Sheriff's Office personnel may still require inspection of beverages, and may also require questionable beverages or containers be removed from the building before entry will be granted.
