LEG 538 - Having an effective voir dire strategy is essential for any trial attorney. Learn strategies for identifying your ideal juror (as well as your worst juror)!  Learn how to incorporate themes and key points of your case throughout voir dire. Learn how to connect with potential and selected jurors. Discuss effective use of peremptory and for cause challenges: when you can use them, when you should use them, and which one to use.  $55.00 (Add'l $10.00 if out of county)
